Our Members are the Top HR leaders of Houston based companies or the HR Leader of a division/business unit with more than 500 employees.

In companies with one business unit, there is typically 1 head of HR eligible to become a Member.  In larger organizations, divisional HR leaders could become members.

Members provide strategic Human Resources direction to other executives or the President/CEO in the company or business unit.

Members' titles usually include VP, SVP, EVP, CHRO. 

Corporate HR Members are invited to the Signature Events and the HR Leadership Roundtable events  

Service Providers who represent organizations which provide human resources services to businesses could become Members of HRLN.  We apply a 75%/25% ratio between Corporate Members and Service Providers.

To support HRLN's mission, we have a strict code for our Service Providers:

• Service Providers will not directly solicit business during our Signature Events

• To avoid the potential of some Members feeling excluded during our networking events, Service Providers  and Corporate Members will not discuss ongoing or past business during our Signature Events 

We currently have a freeze on new Service Providers memberships.  Service Providers can apply and when memberships become available, we will approve in order of application.
