For our April Signature Event, we are extremely proud to announce one of the world’s most recognized HR and Organization Thought Leaders, Dave Ulrich. Throughout his career as a researcher and advisor, Dave has consistently explored the core of how HR can deliver value to all stakeholders through human capability (talent, leadership, organization, and HR). His bestseller books reflect the evolution in his thinking: from building the right culture and leadership to deliver customer and investor value, to transforming an HR organization that achieves agility, to improving HR competencies that upgrade HR professionals, and to diagnosing organization capabilities that deliver value to all stakeholders. In this session, Dave will reflect on how his research has led to his most recent thinking and the journey ahead for HR leaders. He will talk about specific ways of thinking and acting to reinvent HR. Dave will challenge your thinking as CHRO’s/VP’s HR in how you create long term value to your organization and you will walk away with some concrete ideas on using your own and your organizations capabilities.
