Emily Sheeren is a Principal at ghSMART. She serves private equity and corporate clients in the areas of leadership assessment, leadership development and organizational change. Prior to joining ghSMART, Emily was an Associate Partner in the Houston office of McKinsey & Company, where she was a leader in the global Organization practice with deep expertise in merger management, organization design and change management. Prior to McKinsey, Emily worked in equity capital markets for HSBC in New York where she helped global clients issue equity on US exchanges. Emily has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the College of William & Mary. She lives in Houston, TX with her husband and three children.”
