In this Roundtable, we will address Executive Compensation from two different angles. First, what are we seeing as new trends in executive compensation? What are our Boards and CEO’s pushing for? Are there any major macro-economic drivers influencing our Executive Compensation philosophies? Secondly, we will discuss how we as HR Leaders in the company drive business outcomes and shape executive behaviors by our Executive Compensation recommendations.
